The pied cockatiel is a variation of the common gray cockatiel, also known as the yellow-collared lovebird. He was raised in San Diego, California by an MD. Putman after several decades of trying to develop a cockatiel mutation. It is one of the most pleasant birds to have as a friend and as such has gained a good reputation because it is easy to find.

It was bred by MD Putman in San Diego, California after decades of trying to breed the cockatiel mutation. It is one of the most enjoyable birds to have as a companion and as such has earned an excellent reputation because of its ease of access.

As with all cockatiel adaptations, Pied Cockatiels make wonderful pets because of their sense of humor, curiosity and friendliness.

 

Place of residence 

Give your bird a wide space, because this is important for cockatiels if they are to be kept for a long time. A good size for a room should be at least 24"x18"x18" Provide a perch for the bird to sit and play if you can afford it, this can help it to keep worked hard for many hours. Heat

Emotions and behavior 

Pied Cockatiels are social birds, whether they have their own kind or owner. They love to get attention from their owners, but they are also good at spending time alone in their home. They have a very sweet personality and are perfect pets for someone who has never had a bird as a pet before. Food 

Foods that you can regularly feed your bird include fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts and pellets.
